Protein Nutella
A substitute for Nutella (a delicious hazelnut spread very popular here in Europe but full of palm oil and sugar)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of vanilla whey protein
- 1/4 cup of casein protein
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1/2 cup of milk
- a few drops of hazelnut flavoring

Mix everything together (or blend with a hand mixer if you’d like a smoother consistency) and enjoy.

Yummy protein shake recipes!

Pina Colada Passion
Ingredients & Instructions:
8 oz. water (or unsweetened almond milk)
4 ice cubes
1 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup Pineapple chunks
2 tsp. Coconut extract

Chocolate Strawberry Blast
Ingredients & Instructions:
1 to 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
6 to 8 ounces of water
4 to 6 ice cubes
8 strawberries
 
Peanut Butter Cup
Ingredients & Instructions:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (you can also use vanilla protein powder + 1 tbsp cocoa powder)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
8 oz. water (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
3-5 ice cubes
