1 banana, peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla almond milk, 2 pieces of ice, spinach, and frozen strawberries. No measurements.
I wanted to make the banana peanut butter smoothie and it felt like it was missing something, but it was good. I thought a little bit of chocolate would be good and ideally I would use dark chocolate but the only thing in the house was nesquik so I put a tiny bit (less than a spoonful). It was good but it still felt like it was missing something. So I added a little bit of baby spinach (not nearly as much as in most of my smoothies - maybe like… 10 leaves or so) and some frozen strawberries (maybe 5 or 6 or so) and it was so good.
